2012 Sketchbook Project Filling Up!

We’ve announced a bunch of new and exciting changes for the 2012 Sketchbook Project — new themes, custom sketchbooks, community-group partners and, of course, a World Tour! But we’re also making one significant shift behind the scenes, by placing a limit on the total number of participants who can sign up for the Project.

We want to ensure that the incredible work contributed to the Library is explored more often and that the exhibitions maintain an intimate feel — while still drawing enthusiastic crowds! In order to make sure that each tour date is as rewarding an experience as possible, we think that capping each year’s Project is the right thing to do. At this point, we’re excited to announce that we’ve already reached the halfway point for the 2012 Sketchbook Project, so we wanted to let the community know today!
